Yunnan Shengfa Technology Investment Co., Ltd. was established on January 13, 2022. It is a state-owned holding enterprise. The company's business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with its own funds; social and economic consulting services; financial consulting; enterprise management consulting; marketing planning; corporate image planning; conference and exhibition services; business agency services; domestic trade agency; internet sales (excluding goods that require permits); computer system services; software development; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchanges, technology transfer, technology promotion; machinery and equipment leasing; transportation equipment leasing services.
The company's main business: In order to actively implement the national plan for vigorously developing clean energy and green energy, as well as Yunnan Province's serious implementation of the national "dual carbon" action plan and solid promotion of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee's "3815" strategy, the company actively responds to the national call, upholds the responsibilities of state-owned enterprises, and actively lays out and engages in investment construction and operation work in the new energy sector. This includes new energy projects such as photovoltaic power generation and micro wind power generation. Currently, the distributed photovoltaic business covers various prefectures in Yunnan Province, including surrounding counties of Kunming, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Pu'er, Honghe Prefecture, Wenshan Prefecture, Dali Prefecture, etc., with a total business volume reaching 2GW. Although the company entered the photovoltaic field relatively late, it has achieved significant accomplishments in this field and gained a certain market share due to its strong financial strength and professional team.

Distributed photovoltaic business development process:
1. Preliminary project preparation:
(1) Finding project resources: Identify suitable locations for constructing distributed photovoltaic power stations, usually considering areas with rich rooftop resources and good lighting conditions such as industrial parks, development zones, and commercial areas.
(2) Initial communication: Communicate with potential project owners to understand basic conditions such as rooftop structure and electricity consumption levels, and determine willingness to cooperate.
2. Collection of preliminary materials and on-site survey:
(1) Material collection: Collect relevant materials such as property certificates, ID cards, rooftop structure diagrams, electricity consumption lists, etc.
(2) On-site survey: Conduct on-site inspections of rooftop conditions to confirm usable area, obstructions, rooftop usage duration, etc.
3. Technical scheme design and evaluation:
(1) Technical scheme design: Develop a design scheme for the photovoltaic power station based on actual site conditions, including layout design, component selection, inverter selection, etc.
(2) Scheme evaluation: Conduct economic and technical evaluations of the design scheme to estimate the installed capacity and power generation of the power station and analyze the feasibility of construction.
4. Project approval and filing:
(1) Prepare project documents: Prepare feasibility study reports, project approval reports or project application reports.
(2) Filing and approval: Submit project documents to relevant departments for filing and obtain approval for project construction.
5. Procurement and bidding:
(1) Equipment procurement: Purchase main equipment such as photovoltaic modules, inverters, cables according to the design scheme.
(2) Bidding process: Conduct bidding for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) general contracting and supervision services for the project.
6. Construction:
(1) Construction drawing design: Conduct on-site surveying and geological exploration work to design construction drawings.
(2) Construction: Install photovoltaic systems according to construction drawings, including electrical connections and protection debugging.
7. Grid connection application and acceptance:
(1) Grid connection application: Submit a grid connection application to the local power grid company and complete related procedures as required.
(2) Acceptance work: Conduct pre-grid connection debugging and trial operation of the power station to ensure normal operation before conducting grid connection acceptance.
8. Operation and maintenance management:
(1) Daily operation and maintenance: After the power station is put into operation, carry out daily operation and maintenance work to ensure long-term stable operation.
(2) Fault handling: Timely address faults and issues that arise during the operation of the power station to ensure safe operation.
Please note that the development process of distributed photovoltaic power stations may vary due to factors such as region, policy, project scale, etc. In actual operations, it is recommended to cooperate with professional photovoltaic power station developers or consulting companies to ensure smooth project progress.
